International Sales and Marketing Manager for Equflow

In order to realize our ambitious growth, Equflow is looking for:

An experienced, international oriented and driven Sales- and Marketing Manager
with knowledge of process- and application engineering 

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Define 3 year Business-to-Business Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Execute of 3 year Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Set-up and follow-up sales plans of agent network
  • Select, approach and convince new agents to represent Equflow solutions
  • Find and develop sales of new OEM customers
  • Sustains rapport with OEM’s by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Discover and analyze market trends and translate these trends towards new or modified Equflow offerings

What do we expect from you?

  • An enthusiastic and driven personality who knows how to convince people
  • Master or Bachelor degree or thinking level
  • Ambitious and target driven
  • International sales experience and a high level of independence
  • Affinity and knowledge of process- and measuring and control technology
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Dutch
  • Willingness to travel international on a regular basis
