PFA Fixed Flow Meter
The PFA/Teflon® Turbine Flow meter with infra red reflection measurement has low flow sensing capabilities in a wide range of applications and is suitable for clear, opaque, neutral, corrosive and aggressive liquids including fuel. An ultra light-weight turbine rotor monitors the fluctuation of flow very accurately and generates a high resolution IR (Infra Red) reflected digital output signal.
 
 

PFA Disposable Flow Meters
This PFA/Teflon® Turbine Flow meter with infra red reflection measurement is developed to perform a fast exchange of the flow tube for usage in the pharmaceutical industry. The flowmeter is suitable for clear and opaque, neutral, corrosive and aggressive liquids, fuel and for periodic monitoring.
The flow tube is assembled in the flow system. For measurement and calibration the easy-to-remove housing is placed around the tube and measuring can take place.
 
 
 

Stainless Steel Flow Meter
The Stainless Steel casing /PFA (Teflon®) turbine flowmeter performs outstandingly in high pressure applications. This flow meter with infra red reflection measurement has low flow sensing capabilities in a wide range of applications. It is able to measure neutral, corrosive, aqueous and opaque liquids including fuel. In both flow controlled and monitoring applications, the SS flow sensor can measure flow rates and totalize.
 
 
 

Single-use PVDF Flow Meter
This Disposable PVDF Turbine Flow Meter has low flow capabilities in a wide range of flow processes and is mainly developed to perform a fast exchange of the flow tube in single-use applications. Since the flowmeters can be irradiated and autoclaved, they are especially suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries.
 
 
 

PVDF-X Flow Meter
This innovative PVDF Flow Meter can measure flow ranging from 0.05- 20 liters per minute. Available in two models, the PDVF-X 0045 measures flow ranging from 0.06- 2 liters per minute while the PVDF-X 0085 can measure between 0,5 and 20 liters per minute. It has a robust design with a have a patented turbine interior and can be used for a wide range of applications. The flow meter is fit for measuring clear and opaque, neutral, corrosive liquids with low viscosity including fuel. Its resilient design makes it perfectly suitable for solid applications.
 
 

Tube holder
This tube holder was specifically designed to extradite the exchange of the flow tube in single- use applications. Thanks to its simple design the exchange of the flow tube including calibration can be realized within seconds.
The entire exchanging and calibrating process is limited to scanning a calibration code with the help of a bar code reader and subsequently measuring can continue to take place.The exchanging of a flow device has never before been so easy and fast.

Sample price of the standard PFA and PVDF versions is EUR 50.00 per piece excl. VAT (if applicable) and excl. freight charges. Payment should occur within 8 days after date of invoice.
PLEASE NOTE that sample prices of the PVDF-X, Tubeholders and Stainless Steel flow meter samples are higher and a maximum of ONE sample can be ordered.
